　　清晨，這輛裝備精良、功能齊全的“公衛(wèi)體檢車(chē)”穩(wěn)穩(wěn)停靠在西新村村委會(huì)門(mén)口。

　　In the early morning, this well-equipped and fully functional "public health examination vehicle" parked steadily at the entrance of Xixin Village Committee.

　　它麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，車(chē)內(nèi)配備了先進(jìn)的乳腺彩超、婦科檢查床、HPV采樣等專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)備，儼然一個(gè)流動(dòng)的“微型婦保院”。

　　乳腺癌：定期乳腺自檢、臨床體檢和乳腺超聲/X線(xiàn)檢查是關(guān)鍵。關(guān)注乳房有無(wú)腫塊、皮膚凹陷、乳頭溢液等異常。

　　Breast cancer: regular breast self inspection, clinical physical examination and breast ultrasound/X-ray examination are the key. Pay attention to whether there are lumps, skin depressions, nipple discharge and other abnormalities in the breasts.

　　宮頸癌：定期進(jìn)行宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查（TCT）和/或HPV檢測(cè)是有效的預(yù)防手段。接種HPV疫苗是重要的預(yù)防措施。

　　Cervical cancer: Regular cervical cytology testing (TCT) and/or HPV testing are effective preventive measures. Getting vaccinated against HPV is an important preventive measure.
